Dr. Kenneth J. Richter came to St. Joseph Mercy Oakland in 1991. He ass graduated from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internship in Medicine at Flint Osteopathic Hospital and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Dr. Richter also completed a fellowship in Rehabilitation at Sinai-Grace hospital in Detroit. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Electrodiagnostic Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Care.
